  1. 01

    Fund platform for multiple funds

    Teseo

One manager runs several funds side by side, each with its own register of units.

API connection to the broker for positions and transactions. Net asset value per fund and per unit. Subscriptions, redemptions and the calculation of capital gains tax per holder. Client due diligence on entry under anti-money laundering legislation. Tax, financial and compliance reporting, with origin per value.

  2. 02

Real estate platform for a growing portfolio

    Teseo

A portfolio is steered building by building, on the actual amortisation position.

Yield, outstanding debt and debt ratio per property and consolidated, calculated on the actual amortisation position. A cash flow forecast over twenty-four months and a calendar of due dates over thirty-six months for bullet loans, interest revisions, indexations and mandatory certificates. Rent indexation by the statutory method, on the Statbel health index. Refinancing analysis against Euribor and the ten-year OLO, calculated with amortisation taken into account. A valuation history per property, with value creation and growth rate. An acquisition scenario that runs a candidate property against the existing portfolio. Alerts on concentration and on approaching the debt limits. EPRA-compliant reporting. The calculation logic is under regression tests.

Kwinten Van Hoecke is a co-founder of Teseo. These two systems were built on assignment and paid for.
